Rooted Intentionality was born from a quiet but persistent truth: a flourishing life doesn't begin at the surface. It begins underground – in the unseen places where faith is formed, habits take shape, and the heart learns to choose what matters most.

For founder Mary Field, this truth emerged slowly, watching how modern life pulls women in a thousand directions – toward busyness, comparison, perfectionism, and the pressure to perform. Yet, she also saw how transformation happens not through striving, but through steady, intentional cultivation. When a woman becomes rooted in God's truth, anchored in her values, and purposeful in her daily rhythms, every part of her life begins to flourish: her faith, her home, her relationships, and her wellbeing.
